This year, Community Housing Aotearoa will be holding their Annual General Meeting at Te Wharewaka o Poneke – 2 Taranaki St, Wellington. The day will also include a 'Building our sector for 2030’ workshop, which will delve into the ‘Taking Stock’ report and work with providers to determine the transformation providers might undertake to respond to the regional supply challenges.

Alan Johnson, Salvation Army policy analyst, presenting on ‘Taking Stock’ – what is the demand, where is it, what needs to be delivered? Chris Glaudel and Jordan Kendrick, CHA, will present on Supply Survey: what data do we have, what are the weaknesses, what work will we be able to do with sector information?
11am - 12pm: Workshop- Increasing delivery
How do we grow to deliver 2,500 homes a year? What sector training and organisational development are you looking for, to reach 2,500 new homes a year?
