The Australasian Housing Institute will be delivering the Regulation & Regulatory Frameworks for Community Housing Seminar on Wednesday, 1 May 2019 in Wellington, New Zealand.

The current regulatory state-of-play of regulation and regulatory systems in New Zealand including planned interaction between the Community Housing Regulatory Authority team and the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development.
International comparisons and analysis, including the policy and financial drivers that have led the development of the regulatory frameworks in other countries (notably the UK and more recently Australia).
An in-depth look at how regulatory frameworks work in Australia including from a government and from a community housing provider perspective.
