Our Work Programme.

Our strategic work programme flows from the Te Matapihi Strategic Plan 2019 - 2024. It seeks to address the Māori housing continuum which in addition the main threads of the conventional housing continuum, explicitly recognises papakāinga and iwi housing.

Annual Reports.

Each year Te Matapihi he tirohanga mō te Iwi Trust holds its Annual General Meeting.  At this meeting, the Board reports back on its annual activities to the sector and invites input into Te Matapihi's overall strategic direction. The Annual Report contains Chair and Executive Management

reports, as well as reports from various committees, achievements of Te Matapihi for the previous twelve-month period and includes the financial statements of the organisation.
